ci: migrate to coveralls (sundowndev#933)

ci: update node version to 15.9.0

fix: ignore build scripts from npm packages

Fix a bug initially reported by sundowndev#596. The patch fixed the issue by adding python, g++ and make so the script can execute successfully. But it seems the script is not a requirement for this project.
