Description
This PR removes Google One Tap from the OAuth recipe, we maintain it in the One Tap recipe but in the OAuth flow it can slow folks down since you have to make additional config changes to make it work.
This also bumps SDK deps and removes the button hover as that was also changing the hover behavior in the login components.
