Description
This project has not really been updated since 2014 (!!! initial commit: SiliconStudio/xenko@1766e62), and the use of this tool is probably for editing configuration files (xml?), which can also be edited in notepad, vscode, etc, so I do not see the point of keeping this tool and It can be removed
