   My name is Stephanie, and my pronouns are she/her. After spending 13 years in the Airline Industry I made the move to software development. In my previous career I found joy in building tools and processes that helped support and train my team, and it was here I was introduced to programming. As a training content developer I built and launched a SharePoint site, centralizing agent’s resources, training tools, and scheduling. I have always been drawn to process improvement and problem solving and am excited to apply these interests to the world of software development. My previous experience in the airline industry includes team management, project management, and customer service, giving me practice with leading people, working on a team of people, and staying calm in a chaotic environment (U.S. Airports).
