Improved docs, improved mailchimp form, added sitemap option, fixed boostrap dependency bug

Improved the documentation by adding a guide on using Geeky Hugo theme within one of the blog posts.
Updated the README to include a step-by-step guide for deploying  on Render.
The previous Mailchimp form was  flagged by Google as suspicious I implemented a new, less likely to be flagged, form.
Added configurations for siteMaps to allow users specify specific pages from being indexed by Google's bots
