I use PHPStorm for development. This PR helps development with PHPStorm.

  1. PHPStorm will make an .idea folder, which is very annoying, and really can't be deleted. This will add this folder to the gitignore file.
  2. PHPStorm will make an error, when using json_decode/json_encode, if ext-json is not specified in composer.json.
