simple approach with use of pyAudioAnalysis and quick feature extraction:

use downloader.py to download urls from a given csv

then use classifier_interviews.py to train a classifier with the url's downloaded from downloader.py

then use download_classify_file.py to classify a single file (url) with the above classifier
