This repository presents the codes used for Chapter 2 of Boyang Liu's PhD thesis for the UWA/ICRAR, Properties of the Cold Atomic Hydrogen in the Large Magellanic Cloud.

These scripts are used in the sequence as shown in HINSA_Scripts_Overview.png. The structure of the core script, DR3calcHINSA.pro, is shown in DR3calcHINSA.pro.png. See the thesis for detailed explanations.
