check to be sudo in beginning #12

It's listed as a dependency in the README. Maybe I have to change the
spacing a little bit. Worst case, I could add something to check for root
in the beginning and terminate if not. Maybe if more people see this as an
issue. Will leave this open for now

I had just filled in everything and then it says me I need to be sudo.
best put it in the beginning - the check if you started as sudo or not
started this on an installed system... that is probably why it never came up before
