原来版本中go-gpt3包请求时写死了超时时间，参见：https://github.com/sashabaranov/go-gpt3/blob/0f9f4aa343ade4ff673cece6ae9240a239afbcf8/api.go#L14
导致此仓库的超时参数不生效，新版本已去掉了这个参数，见：sashabaranov/go-openai@cf013d3?diff=split
因此升级了依赖版本。
