⚠️ This PR removes scala-native target from modules, because of blocking dependencies, especially:

• tapir-core:

  • "io.github.cquiroz" %%% "scala-java-time"
  • "io.github.cquiroz" %%% "scala-java-time-tzdb"

• circe:

  • "io.circe" %%% "circe-core" (+ circe-parser and circe-generic)

• jsoniter-scala:

  • com.github.plokhotnyuk.jsoniter-scala %%% jsoniter-scala-coreandjsoniter-scala-macros`

• We also need fs2, http4s, cats and cats-effect for the http4s and cats modules.
