Feature Request: Lease/License Contract #5345
Comments
I believe this would be covered under #5322 |
Actually, this sounds more like it relates to digital documents/uploads, so leaving this open for now. |
@jeffkoertzen Thank you for the comment. #5322 is working right now on adding an "agreements" section to the interface, to cover insurance and other instances. The pull request is incomplete, but is moving toward having a many to many relationship between assets and agreements. |

Adding a comment indicating that I'm once again actively working on this, now that I'm through finals and projects. Will that cause stale to be... not stale? I don't know! |

I'm looking forward to this feature too... |
Good luck. I waited a long time, with no response even after forking out the support fees for feature requests and got blown off. Ended up switching to GoGenuity for contracts and asset tracking. They at least listen to their customers. |

Yes it is still relevant. Save us from the spreadsheets!

This is a must in today's situation! |
Same. Would love to have this! |
I would also love to have contract management, so i can assign assets to leasing contracts and be notified when a contract is about to expire. |
This is a must have feature for us |
We left snipeit a long time ago. Lack of support, lack of responses. We went with GoGenuity. Athough cloud based, there platform is highly better. |
this is still a thing for us :-) |
Any update is this? or is this project not being developed by anyone. |
Expected Behavior (or desired behavior if a feature request)
Would like the ability to load documents associated with leasing. These documents often cover many computers and other assets and do not make sense to add at the asset level. Ideally would like fields like contract start date and contract end date.
Could potentially track under licenses, but would prefer to indicate that it is a contract and not a license and therefore cannot be "checked out" or assigned.
Actual Behavior
