Slow loading of Snipe-IT website V3.3.0

This issue has already been reported and supposedly fixed, #439 , but in my setup the issue is still happening. I disabled the "This Snipe-IT install can load scripts from the outside world." but its still trying to load stuff from the internet. (ex: google api). The pages fior snipe-it will load but it takes 10 seconds as its trying to load stuff from the internet.

My setup is on Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS
apache 2.4.7
php 5.5.9
mysql 5.5.50

If i connect the server to the internet all is good but this server needs to be stand alone(secure environment).
