Install skywire from deb.skywire.skycoin.com after flashing.

This release comprises:

• further optimization of the build system for the images
• updated skywire-bin to version 1.2.1
• The skybian release images and the configured apt repo are now migrated to github.
• build.sh script using dialog
• reduced number of build scripts
• latest version of skywire will be installed on first boot
• autopeering & non-autopeering images for the orange pi prime.
