This PR implements a recovery mechanism for scenarios where the core data
persistentStoreCoordinatorfails to initialise. Based on the Xcode crash logs, this has happened a couple of times during the past year.In addition to the error mitigation, added missing localisations for local module import (fi, dk, no, es, de, ru)
