A Simple React App for the game of Tic Tac Toe.

Following are the functionalities that have been included in it.

• Game can be played by two people.
• There is a play again button that resets the game.
• The number of moves played by each player is shown.
• Each player will get first chance on every alternate game i.e. if ‘X’ gets first chance in 1st game then ‘O’ will get first chance in second game. (It’s a general observation that chances of winning increases for the player who gets the first chance).
