None of my deployed sites will load. They all time out when and return a site cannot be reached error in Chrome.

I'm having the same issue. None of my surge.sh site are loading. They've been out since last night. Is this widespread or is it just me?

I noticed that I cannot access my website through home wifi even tho it was accessible 2 days ago, however using mobile internet (different internet providers) it works. What could it be?

Same here, accessing by different internet provider works!

All of my sites are now working again as of this afternoon.

As of this afternoon our SFO region is back online. We know this outage took longer than expected to fix. The issue was caused by an undetected abuse report that cause our upstream provider to disable our network. Honestly, I did a poor job of diagnosing the issue which caused delay in its resolution. 3 days is too long for a fix of this nature and steps will be taken to reduce time of detection, impact, and mitigation moving forward. Big shoutout to everyone who reported the issue and helped us diagnose the problem. Much appreciated.
