A tic tac toe game using C language. This creates an offline player vs player Tic Tac Toe game using C Programming Language, 'X' and 'O' marks are provided to the user to play on a 3x3 Grid or a Board. Players take turns placing a mark in one of the cells of the grid. The goal of the game is for players to position their marks so that they make a continuous line of three cells vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.
