You need cmake, make and conan to build

shader.h
- Not intended to be used directly.
- Constructor creates a shader from a source file of the provided shader type.
- Destrucor will delete the shader.
program.h
- This will create a program from a Vertex Shader and Fragment shader files.
- Wrap opengl functions in namespace gl::raw,
- add error checking and throw exceptions whenever opengl provides an error from glGetError.
- Use functions that can provide state information from opengl to verify which error it is.
- Might be able to add some tests here as well. Catch
