我发现http代理这个功能并没有按pac中的配置来走，而是所有的请求都被代理了。能不能http代理开放一个自己配置的功能，比如哪些站点不代理之类的。

应该按这个逻辑来的

request-->PAC as a filter--bypass-->out route
                 |                   /\
                 |                   |
                 \--proxy needed-->http proxy server or socks proxy server
