Name Type OS Browser
Forrest Collman Bug Mac OS X Chrome

Description: If you accidentally place a multicut point outiside of the desired object, click the check box, receive the warning that they are not from the same supervoxel ID, and attempt to use alt to move the point into the object, and then check again you get the error again. This is compounded with the fact that large lists of points sometime the UI on my mac os x chrome doesn't show the delete option, so move is my only recourse... and of course not knowing check point is outside is also frustrating in this process.

Previously, the the "Selection" panel only display annotation
information that was separately fetched based on the annotation id.

With this change, annotation properties that are already available
from the serialization annotation chunk that led to the selection are
displayed immediately.

Fixes #331.
