An app that generates cartoon-like images given a real photo

- Project Description This app converts a photo to a cartoon-like image by applying multiple image filters. The main conversion process uses the OpenCV for Android module. The user can either load an existing photo from the internal storage or take a new photo with this app. By pressing a button, the image can be converted. The app will have sliders to change the abstraction level of the cartoonization.
- Requirements OpenCV 4.3.0 https://github.com/opencv/opencv/releases ・This module will be included in the apk file Android Minimum SDK Version 28 or greater
