I changed the mkdir command to sudo as it failed without on my ubunto 20.10 rpi. I also split the bash commands out, as when you copy and paste them (at least in terminal on osx) it pastes both commands at once. I also added sudo to .env file creation as nano won't save the file unless you do.
Add the command to create the docker compose file in bash, same for bring it up. I also added sudo to both commands in the bash and body text.

Added a command to create the file, and split out the unload commands onto individual lines to make easier to copy/paste

I used the guide again today, and I've made some changes that I hope will make it easier to follow and copy the required commands.
