"Wire" is the Blender add-on for quick and easy creation of wireframe renders.

User Preferences - Addons - Install Add-on from File

• Render main image (f12)
• In the “3D Viewport” window in the “Wire” panel press the “Add wireframe to render” button
• To make wireframe more contrast you can regulate its color in the “Wireframe color” picker.
• If the “Use optimal display” checkbox is on, wireframe renders in an optimal mode. Off – render full meshes wireframe.
