Download or clone the repository.

Go to terminal, traverse to the BootstrapTurner directory and execute

npm install

npm start

Go to localhost:5000 on your browser. All other routes except '/' go to a 404 page.

P.S. Connection to Internet is needed as jQuery is served from CDN
