The parameter customer id is mandatory

Hi,

I'm integrating your plugin in a wordpress site that sell membership plans subscriptions. Everything ok in config and actually the plugin worked for a time, but right now the clients are reporting when they want to pay in checkout after fill the form is displaying the following error:

| "The parameter customer id is mandatory"

Do you know how can this be solved? I just took a look in the plugin codebase and it seems the customer id correspond to some token that the plugin ask to Pay U before execute the payment. There is something that I'm missing here to obtain that token?
