Even though the standard OG wraps tags in meta property fields, some web pages are using this syntax to hold OG metadata:

<meta name="og:title" content="Sharing Debugger - Meta for Developers" />

See this example from Meta who proposed Open Graph protocol ;).

This PR adds such support to make this library more flexible.
