This adds `RecursiveAstVisitor`, which extends `RecursiveStatementVisitor` to traverse expressions as well.

This adds
RecursiveAstVisitor, which extendsRecursiveStatementVisitorto traverse expressions as well.This is currently intended for the migrator to use, but adding it here will other tools that need to recursively visit both statements and expressions to reuse it.
