The initial implementation should just rely on the built-in support of SENTRY_DSN env var in sentry_sdk (sentry-python) as it's also mirrored in probot: https://probot.github.io/docs/configuration/.

e741fb9 has the initial implementation but it needs more love in order to associate breadcrumbs with event handler calls...
