Made theme working with the latest github pages #1

I've occured some dependencies errors while trying to use this theme with the latest github pages gem.

Needs to be tested, because I'm not very familiar with the Jekyll and Github Pages itself, but these changes made it working for me.

Latest github pages uses Jekyll = 3.8.5, theme references to ~> 3.7.3, which means ">= 3.7.3 && < 3.8"
