DineIn is an online restaurant menu built on ReactJS and Redux for state management. It's a great project to learn the basics of React and Redux.

2. Open a terminal and navigate to the project's root directory.
3. Install the project dependencies by 'npm i' or 'npm install'.
4. Start the development server by 'npm start'.
5. Open your browser and visit https://localhost:3000 to see the application running.
