Configure Project should highlight the "Configure" tab (not Nodes) #638

Clicking on the Configure Project from the gui admin page highlights the Nodes tab (https://rundeck:4440/resources/editProject?project=anvils).
It should highlight the configure icon tab.

These pages should also highlight the configure icon tab:

System Information(https://rundeck:4440/menu/systemConfig?project=anvils)
Security (https://rundeck:4440/menu/securityConfig?project=anvils)
System Info (https://rundeck:4440/menu/systemInfo?project=anvils)
