This will cause redx to search through its frontends and backends looking for any orphans. An orphaned frontend is defined as a frontend that points to a non-existent backend. And an orphaned backend is defined as a backend that has no frontend pointing to it.
I've updated the README in this PR as well as wrote a couple tests for the orphans API endpoint.
