I have been using https://github.com/chieffancypants/angular-loading-bar with Angular.js that had a pretty impressive and fluid movement. Now with React, I cannot use it anymore. I tried nprogress but out of the box it was feeing a little jerky.

I implemented the decelerating logic and change the defaults to make it look less jerky and more like angular-loading-bar.
