Contains very important fixes that actually make: a) Keil flash the board correctly, b) the Launchpad not crash on start, and c) the Launchpad not brick everytime it's flashed. Finally started testing; it seems like the port input/output logic is borked. Also, I clearly don't understand how PCTL works. That's all for tonight.
Formatting was changed from tabs to spaces at some point so the diffs are all messed up for this commit; please ignore.

This started off as a feature branch but went off the rails pretty quickly, so it's just going to be the main branch now.
