1. Download and install IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate (https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/)
2. Download and install AIR runtime for Windows or MacOS (https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime)
3. Download AIR SDK and unzip the archive to any location on your disk (https://airsdk.harman.com/download)
4. Install the Flash/Flex plugin in IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate (https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/14508-flash-flex)
5. Configure the plugin by connecting the previously downloaded AIR SDK
6. Download or clone this (https://github.com/romanlysenko/AS3Games.git) repository and open any project in IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate
