This is the first stable release with the -rt patchset enabled.

This release works in every x86-64-v3 hardware despite being still tuned for znver4 (AMD Zen4 architecture).

This kernel SHOULD work on the Steam Deck but amd-pstate=disable might be needed in boot parameters.
