Is it possible to bulk add tags to pages?

I have some 90ish pages inside a directory. I've set my site up so that only the pages with public tag are visible to guests. Is it possible to bulk add tags to all the pages I want?

I think a possible solution might be allowing pages based on path, but I still wanted to know if this was possible as it gives me more granular control, and further ability to categorize stuff.
