We migrated from customChangelogUrl to changelogUrl, but it stopped working:

See e.g. etrias-nl/php-dev#464 now links to psalm/phar@5.24.0...5.25.0

Whereas previous PR etrias-nl/php-dev#434 properly linked to vimeo/psalm@5.23.1...5.24.0

i gave up on bookkeeping custom changelog URLs, which also solves the matter :)
