Hi, I'm trying to understand what is included in config:recommended and cannot find the information.

Here the "Renovate's default presets" links are broken.

I would probably want to use the best practices config, but it uses the recommended config.

Also was wondering what are the cases where Renovate might close some PR's by itself. We are pedant on dependencies as we're running a digital public good open-source library and don't wanna miss anything. I found this setting: https://docs.renovatebot.com/configuration-options/#prunestalebranches

The information within it is limited though. What are "stale branches" in context of Renovate? How does it figure out what to close?
