[BUG] 字节开发工具无法导入项目

bug 描述
yarn dev toutiao 或者 yarn build toutiao 打包后，字节开发工具无法导入

复现步骤
1：npx create-remax-app my-app
2：yarn dev toutiao
3：在字节开发工具导入 ~/Downloads/my-app/dist/toutiao
4:字节开发工具无反应

期望结果
字节开发工具打开项目

复现代码
npx create-remax-app my-app 默认项目

版本信息:

• remax 版本: v2.15.6
• 小程序版本 字节工具 v3.1.6
• 开发环境 mac 12.0 Beta版(21A5543b)

其他信息
在dist/toutiao 手动创建一份 project.config.json 就可导入了
