Third Party Deployment for REDEECASH EXCHANGE

A registered broker-dealer, investment company or isssuer can submit custom smart contracts to be deployed on the exchange as long as they meet the requirements of the offering as defined in the Authority, Code of Federal Regulations, the rules defined by the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Exchange rules.

An example for when an investment company may wish to submit a custom smart contract, is for an ETF of existing securities offered on the exchange.

Procedure for Submission

  1. Fork this repository
  2. Check out your fork
  3. Create a new root directory idenitifed by your company name
  4. Add your custom smart contract source code under your company directory
  5. Commit your changes to your fork
  6. Submit a Pull request
  7. The Exchange will review the submission, and if approved, merge the change and prepare for integration in the Exchange code.
