Descrcibe the bug?

When vscode workspace settings is changed, .vscode folder is added to the git staging area.
In the .gitignore, the folder is not added

Contributors might commit by mistake.

Steps to reproduce the bug?

  1. Go to .gitignore file
  2. .vscode is not found

Expected behavior

.vscode should be in the .gitignore file
