Rationale / Begründung
An instance can get cluttered with copies of (unnecessary) attributes that ideally could be replaced by (or merged into) another one and can subsequently be safely deleted.
For this type of domain maintenance it would be helpful to have a functionality that allows a Manager/Editor to move all related items from one attribute to another and afterwards be sure that a certain attribute can safely be deleted.
This affects content Elements and Projects in RDMO.
It is important to note that existing projects should still function after using this functionality.
