Area for free text becomes too big

The size of the free text area is adjustable by the user, which is nice, but it can be extended in the area of the navigation bar and then both areas overlap. The text area might be not be adjustable afterwards.

Expected behaviour / Erwartetes Verhalten

It would be better, if the area is enlargeble only downwards, but not sideways into the navigation area.

Steps to reproduce / Schritte zum Reproduzieren

1. Go to a question with a free text area
2. Click on the lower right corner and adjust the size of the area
3. If you go to the right, it overlaps with the navigation bar
