For more complete installation, please refer to the official starship prompt website https://starship.rs/ , in Windows 11, uses Terminal from Microsoft Store, PowerShell 7+ version ($PSVersionTable to get the current PowerShell version), and download manager Chocolatey, but using winget is still possible considering App Manager is Installed, check it on Microsoft Store > App Manager or by simply typing winget in the powershell prompt.
