[docs] Simplify Ray start guide and move PI tutorial to examples page #27885

Why are these changes needed?

The goal of this PR is to trim down the complexity of the Ray getting started page.

  • Simplify the getting started guide
  • Move the PI tutorial to examples section

Not sure if we want to pick it since the PI version of getting started is not picked.

Went ahead and did a combined pick, since this seems like a material improvement.
