Add parameter override example to docs

My ladybug_dump command reached the maximum object-nesting-level. To override this, I had to add some parameters to my own config file. It should be usefull to add some extra info about overriding this parameter in the installation doc.

I think @rvanlaak was referring to object_max_nesting_level, actually. I couldn't find it anywhere in the documentation, but I did find it in the source.

@raulfraile i think you closed this by mistake, what @rvanlaak was saying is that there is a parameter for nesting that can be overridden if passed via an env var or an argument in the ladybug options, if this is so he hadn't seen any information on this. Could you please reopen? thanks! 😊
