Jupyter notebooks for real estate calculations.

• balance_sheet.py This file holds the balance_sheet class. It tracks items on the the balance sheet, including income, expenses, and capital expenditures. This class also calculates the cash flow and return on investment.

• property_and_mortgage.py This file contains the investment_property class and the mortgage class. The mortgage class computes mortgage related parameters, including mimimum payments, remaining debt, and the mortgage term. The investment_property class calculates and plots equity and debt levels.

Use jupyter notebook in the terminal to open an interactive session in your browser. Execute the commands in rental_analysis.ipynb.
