Quality assurance of vaccine mappings of OMOP vocabulary.

Python implementation of a method introduced to automatically identify mapping inconsistencies among OMOP vaccine concepts. The paper can be found at:

Pandas (1.2.4 recommended) is required to run this code.

Takes two inputs:

(1) An excel file including vaccine concept mappings in OMOP vocabulary

(2) Output file path for a csv file with identified vaccine mapping inconsistenties
